We hope you are happy with your purchase in From Ibiza to the World, however, if you are not satisfied with any of your articles or find there is any damage, you have fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of the package to return the product(s).

All shipping costs for exchange or return products are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of prior damage to the product. In this event, From Ibiza to the World will assume the shipping costs.  Please contact From Ibiza to the World for returns at: fromibizatotheworld@gmail.com. Once we have received the item(s) return(s), you will have the option to exchange or obtain a refound.

All returned items must be un-used and in the original condition. From Ibiza to the World will not accept any items damaged, used, worn, or broken.

Returned items must be sent (expenses paid by the client) via certified mail or courier to the following address: Avda. Bartolomé V. Ramon, 2. CP. 07800- Ibiza (Islas Baleares) – España

From Ibiza to the World reserves the right to drop packets that are not sent by registered postmail or a certified courier company.
